The Real Estate License Course is an intensive 60-hour review and test course taught by Bo Goodson. The object of this course is to prepare a student,over a 20 week time period,for the state exam. With thorough and competent instruction, our students finish the course with a high level of confidence that enables them to pass the state exam and become productive real estate agents.
